Militarum Tempestus Scions
Also known as Astra Militarum, it is one of the largest and most diverse military forces in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, made up of soldiers from all over the Imperium. These soldiers are equipped with a wide range of weapons and vehicles, including tanks, artillery, and infantry units. They also have access to a variety of specialized units, such as the all-female sniper units known as the Elysian Drop Troops and the heavy armored units known as the Steel Legion.
In battle, the Astra Militarum relies on sheer numbers and firepower to overwhelm their enemies. They also make use of tactics such as trench warfare and siege warfare, utilizing their vast array of heavy weaponry to batter down enemy fortifications. Despite their numerical advantage, the soldiers of the Astra Militarum are often ill-equipped to deal with the more unusual and powerful enemies they face, leading to heavy casualties.

Recently, new miniatures and a codex for the Astra Militarum were released, offering players the ability to field even more diverse and specialized armies. These new releases expand the already extensive range of units available to players, allowing them to tailor their armies to their specific playstyle and tactical preferences. The new codex also offers players a wealth of lore and background information on the Astra Militarum, providing a deeper understanding of this massive and important faction.
