Today is the world premiere of one of the most awaited games, revamp of the good, old Fantasy Battle. Many of you have their childhood memories deeply bound with this system. Now you can bring them back, live and vibrant. Say welcome to Warhammer: The Old World!
What do we have at the launch?
At the start in The Old World there are two available armies, Kingdom of Bretonnia and Tomb Kings of Khemri. Both hail to the classic Fantasy Battle! Mix up your infantry, cavalry, archers and heroes and lead your forces into the battle!
What about the gameplay?
All of the battles in The Old World take place between ordered armies of troops on the square bases.* Be ready to outmaneuver, flank and rush straight into your opponent to crush their forces entirely. But moving and attacking isn’t the only way to influence a board situation. Use powerful magic, intricate spells listed in your old tomes to get the better of your opponent!

What will we have in the near future?
Although Kingdom of Bretonnia and Tomb Kings of Khemri are the first armies to be available, their main books, Forces of Fantasy and Ravening Hordes, describe few other armies. For the first one there are Dwarven Mountain Holds, Empire of Man, Wood Elf Realms and High Elf Realms. In the other books we have factions such as Orc and Goblin Tribes, Warriors of Chaos and Beastman Brayheards.
This gives us information that in near future we will get more exciting factions to play and jazz memories back!
