Today we want to show you some kitbashed and painted models for Grey Knights – one of the most mysterious Chapters of Adeptus Astartes from Warhammer 40k universe as well as some Kill Team terrains from Sector Mechanicus series.
Some words about GK now. They were tasked with combating daemons from the Warp as well as who wield the corrupt power of the Chaos Gods. They’re created by the Emperor himself, with the aid of a powerful psyker, Malcador and supposed to be humanity’s strongest weapon against Chaos. They even have a gene-seed engineered directly from Emperors’ genome. All of them are potent psykers and their existence is a well-protected secret enforced with mind wipes and even assassination of citizens if it’s neccessary. They’re homeworld is Titan, the largest moon of Saturn in the Sol system. Their force organization is quite different from what is stated in tenets of the Codex Astartes. Their squads are much smaller than Battle Company and led by Brother-Captain – Grey Knight with the highest rank amongst all in the squadron. None of them have ever been corrupted by the forces of Chaos. They’re the oldest branch of Inquisition too.
