Seraphon Army – Ancient Stars Awakened in Scale and Starlight

Seraphon – when Dinosaurs Meet Space Magic

You know what’s cooler than dinosaurs? Dinosaurs from space.

And Seraphons are even something more than that: they are living memories of gods so old that they were creating perfect worlds before humans even figured out fire.

Picture beings so advanced they could terraform entire realms like we rearrange furniture. They had this vision of perfect cosmic harmony – every star in its right place, every species fulfilling its ideal role, chaos kept in check by mathematical precision.

But here’s the thing about cosmic projects – they take forever. The Old Ones eventually moved on to whatever ancient god-beings do next, but they weren’t about to leave their masterpiece unfinished. So they left behind the Slann to keep their Great Plan going – which is basically the universe’s most ambitious to-do list for making everything perfectly balanced.

And that’s how (shortly) Seraphon entered the Age of Sigmar universe.

So here’s our take on painting these guys – we wanted to capture both the ‘I could eat you’ and the ‘I’m saving the universe’ sides of their personality.

Seraphon Army Showcase – Space Lizards Done Right

Slann Starmaster – The Ultimate Multitasker

This guy is basically meditating his way through running the universe. The Slann Starmaster sits looking chill, but his brain is simultaneously calculating the movement of stars, the migration patterns of cosmic whales, and whether moving that one rock three inches to the left will prevent a war in 500 years.

He’s one of the last direct products of the Old Ones’ cosmic engineering, which means he’s older than most civilizations, and the most Seraphon obviously. The floating throne isn’t just for show – when you’re busy thinking in eleven dimensions, walking becomes a bit of a distraction.

Skink Starseer – The Guy Who Actually Gets Things Done

While the Slann is busy being cosmically everywhere, someone needs to translate “move the army northwest to fulfill destiny” into actual directions. That’s the task of the Skink Starseer.

He reads star charts like we read street signs and can tell you what’s going to happen next Tuesday by looking at how the moons are aligned. It’s like having GPS, weather forecast, and fortune teller all rolled into one scaled package.

Kroxigor – Construction Workers and Bulky Fighters

Don’t let the size fool you – Kroxigor are basically the universe’s most jacked construction workers. These gentle giants have been building temple-cities for millennia, and every single stone is placed exactly where the cosmic blueprint says it should go.

They’re incredibly smart and surprisingly chill for creatures that could probably bench press a small building. The Old Ones designed them to be the perfect combination of raw strength and careful precision.

Aggradon Lancers – Best Friendship Goals in the Galaxy

The relationship between these riders and their aggradons is basically what everyone wishes they had with their pets, except their pets are star-touched super-raptors.

Getting matched with an aggradon is more like the universe itself playing matchmaker. The Starseer does some cosmic math, checks a few star charts, and suddenly you’ve got a lifelong partner who thinks at the same wavelength as you.

Terrawings – The Ultimate Frequent Flyers

Terrawings are great at celestial navigation. They follow flight paths that were laid out by cosmic architects millions of years ago.

Watching them fly is like seeing a living GPS system that actually knows where it’s going. They connect all the different parts of Seraphon society, carrying messages and keeping everyone in the loop.

Chameleon Skinks – The Patient Observers

These guys have turned people-watching into an art form. Chameleon Skinks can spend years just… observing a single location, learning everything about it until they know exactly which leaf falls when and why.

Their color-changing is part of their whole philosophy of understanding your environment so completely that you become part of it. They’re the ultimate nature documentarians, except they’re also guardians of secrets that probably shouldn’t fall into the wrong hands.

Saurus Warriors – Reliable Since Day One

Saurus Warriors were designed to be the perfect soldiers – not because they’re aggressive, but because they absolutely will not quit once they know what needs to be done.

Each one is born already knowing their job, which is pretty convenient when you’re trying to run a cosmic empire. They’re like that friend who always shows up on time, never complains, and somehow always knows exactly what needs to happen next.

And can fight some Skaven infestation. In your basement.

Ancient Meets Awesome

The Seraphon have this amazing thing going where they’re simultaneously ancient wisdom keepers and space-age lizard people. They’re fighting for cosmic balance, but they’re also just really, really cool dinosaurs with star magic.

This army captures that perfect mix – you get the mysterious temple vibes with the “holy crap, that’s a dinosaur riding another dinosaur” factor.
