Konflikt 47 Adepticon 2026: The Weird War Continues
Warlord Games made sure the weird war was front and center this year.
The Konflikt 47 Adepticon 2026 presentation was less of a heavy rules dump and more of a massive confidence piece for the game’s future.
Between celebrating current releases alongside the community and teasing the sinister horizons of the Pacific theater, the studio proved that the alternate-history wargame has serious momentum.
Here is the complete breakdown of everything revealed.

What’s Next for the Konflikt ’47 Universe
Instead of showing off every upcoming model all at once, Warlord Games leaned into the mystery of the setting, delivering just enough menace and silhouette teasers to get the imagination going.
Festung Europa & The Community Sturmriese
The Adepticon weekend perfectly coincided with the official launch of the Festung Europa book and its accompanying miniatures. The community showed up in full force to support the drop, highlighted by a dedicated player group who put together a massive display board complete with their very own Sturmriese giant assault mech. It was a great visual anchor to prove the player base is active and energized for the new edition.

Invasion Amerika Looms
Head of Product Pete Gosling took the stage to confirm exactly where the narrative is heading next: Invasion Amerika. This upcoming expansion will heavily feature the forces of the United States clashing with Imperial Japan. While they kept the exact unit details close to their chests, they showed off several mysterious silhouettes that hint at some massive new weird war tech hitting the Pacific front soon.

Sculpting Desks and Der Erntemann
To show off their active production pipeline, the studio gave us a rare look at Design Studio Sculptor Jon Heeney’s desk, which was absolutely covered in unreleased concept work, prototypes, and pre-production samples. Alongside a deep dive into Stefan Kopinski’s process for the new edition’s artwork, they revealed the terrifying concept art for a sinister brand new entity entering the game: Der Erntemann (The Harvest Man).

Ready Your Forces for the Next Front
With Festung Europa on tables now and the Pacific theater opening up soon with Invasion Amerika, the weird war arms race is officially on. Getting your mechs, horrors, and historical infantry painted, weathered, and based to a high standard takes a serious chunk of hobby time.
