Slaves to Darkness - Slaanesh Legion

Pink is the new black

The Slaves to Darkness know that every deal with the gods comes with hidden costs. This army learned that lesson when they pledged themselves to Slaanesh, only to watch their patron vanish into cosmic imprisonment.

But addiction doesn't die just because your dealer disappears.

This commission captures a warhost still hunting for the sensations that once defined their existence. Led by Be'lakor, the Dark Master - the first Daemon Prince who gained power from all four Chaos gods and trusted none of them - they show what happens when desperation meets opportunity.

Be'lakor himself is the ultimate cosmic betrayal. Elevated by the combined will of the Dark Gods, he became too powerful for any single deity to control. His punishment was isolation from the very powers that created him, leaving him to scheme across millennia while lesser mortals received the blessings he was denied. Now he leads those abandoned by their own patron, a coalition of the forsaken.

The Chaos Lord on Karkadrak charges with the reckless abandon of someone who's already lost everything that mattered. His mount shares his rider's hunger for violence, but where once they sought the perfect sensation, now they settle for whatever pain they can find or inflict.

Chaos Warriors march in perfect formation while their minds swim with memories of ecstasies they can no longer reach. Their discipline comes from desperation - if they can't have perfection, they'll create it through flawless execution of their duties.

The Mutalith Vortex Beast shows the price of their devotion made flesh. This creature doesn't just walk across the battlefield - it tears holes in reality itself, drawn by the psychic emanations of those twisted enough to seek power at any cost. Every step warps the space around it, as if the universe itself rejects its presence.

Chaos Knights maintain the pretense of honor while serving masters who abandoned the concept long ago. Their charges retain tactical precision, but their motivations have shifted from glory to simple momentum - keep moving forward, because stopping means confronting what they've become.

The army's Chaos Marauders and Chosen show different stages of the same journey. The Marauders still hope their devotion might earn them something better. The Chosen know better, but lack the will to stop.

Together, they form a cautionary tale about cosmic politics and personal cost. The Slaanesh colors remind them of what they once served, while Be'lakor's presence promises them what they might still become.
