What happens when a goddess of life magic forms a pact with a spirit from a different mythology? 

This project started with a client's unique vision: replacing Alarielle's iconic Wardroth Beetle with a creature that felt just as ancient and powerful. We converted her mount into a nine-tailed kitsune, a perfect lore match that blends two powerful symbols of nature, wisdom, and wild magic. The kitsune, an elder fox spirit, carries a mystical lantern glowing with foxfire, ready to guide the Everqueen's armies through the darkest realms. The nine tails mark it as a being of immense magical knowledge, while the ethereal flames light the way forward, a beacon for the Sylvaneth to follow. This conversion creates a completely new feel for a beloved character, grounding her in a different folklore while remaining true to her essence as a protector of the wilds.
