Anyone who played Orks back during the 2008 codex days remembers the sheer terror of Wazdakka Gutsmek leading a full army of Warbikers across the tabletop. We are talking about the legendary Speed Boss who canonically drove his bike through the void shields of a Warlord Titan just to punch the Princeps to death.
For over a decade, fielding him meant spending hours building your own version because a properly scaled model simply didn't exist.
The recent 10th Edition Armageddon update finally delivered a brand-new, official Wazdakka model that matches his destructive lore, and we had the privilege of pushing this amazing sculpt to our Level 3 Display standard. The real challenge with high-end Ork painting is hitting those buttery smooth blends and crisp highlights while still making sure the warboss looks like he just drifted through a muddy scrapyard at a hundred miles per hour. We packed the chassis with rust textures, oil streaks, and battle damage without losing that premium showcase feel.
Finally getting your hands on a centerpiece model you have waited years for is an incredible feeling, but staring at it on your desk knowing you have to paint it to a standard worthy of its history can be incredibly stressful. When you hold a brand-new, legendary release in your hands, you do not want to ruin it with a rushed weekend paint job.
If you have a massive centerpiece that you are terrified of messing up, pass the brush to us so we can give it the exact display treatment it deserves.
