How do you build an army that perfectly matches the one in your head, especially when you're mixing in more than just the standard kits?
That was the starting point for this Space Wolves project. The client had a specific vision for a pack with a colder, harsher feel, so we developed a custom grey-toned armor scheme instead of the usual blue. The army itself is a mix of official models like Intercessors and Hellblasters right alongside unique, 3D-printed Thunderwolf Cavalry and wolf-marines to get the exact look he was after. Bringing a unique idea like this together is a great challenge, as the main goal is making sure the official kits and the 3D-printed models all look like they belong in the same pack. To give the client full freedom on the tabletop, we also magnetized all the weapon options.
