This is a 1-of-1 Borderlands crossover project. To make it the only one of its kind, the models were heavily converted using printed heads, Ork bits, and custom sculpting before hitting that iconic cell-shaded style. The vibe is pure chaotic wasteland raider, slamming the cruel tech of the Dark City right into the dusty, comic-book madness of a looter shooter.
Dropping a fully custom, heavily stylized strike force on the table makes your army the one everyone stops to look at. Figuring out how to kitbash all those different bits and getting a harsh cell-shaded technique perfectly consistent across a whole army takes a ton of patience and recipe testing.
