This project started with a simple, funny idea: what if the Great Devourer took a beach vacation? But as we reached the final wave of models, the theme evolved from a lighthearted joke into a showcase of serious, detailed conversion work.
The final reinforcements are all about the custom details. The Haruspex is a picture of pure brutality, with slime dripping from its jaws and the bloody remains of its last meal still caught in its claws. The Trygon bursts from the surf in a splash of custom-sculpted water effects, with tiny seashells added to its carapace to complete the "monster from the deep" look.
