TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE "armageddon giveaway"
§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- • The Organizer of the contest "Armageddon Giveaway" (the "Contest") is Minis for War, legally represented by BC Miniature Bartosz Chrulski (the "Organizer").
- • The Contest is held online via a dedicated Landing Page and promoted on the Instagram platform.
- • The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Organizer and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, each participant fully and completely releases Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to the Contest.
- • The Contest is not a lottery or a game of chance within the meaning of gambling laws. Winners are selected by a Jury based on creative merit.
- • Warhammer 40,000, Armageddon, Commissar Yarrick, and all related names, marks, and imagery are the property of Games Workshop Limited. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Games Workshop in any way. Prizes are genuine products awarded as-is.
§ 2. ELIGIBILITY
- • The Contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- • The Contest is open worldwide, subject to legal restrictions in the entrant's country of residence.
- • Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.
§ 3. DURATION
- • The Contest begins on June 4, 2026.
- • The deadline for submitting entries is June 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET).
- • Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
§ 4. HOW TO ENTER To participate in the Contest, the entrant must:
- • Fill out the official contest form on the landing page.
- • Provide a valid email address and Instagram handle.
- • Answer the creative question: "What is your favorite hero or unit in the 40K universe and what makes them so great?"
- • Accept these Terms and Conditions.
- • Follow the @minisforwar profile on Instagram to stay updated on the results.
§ 5. PRIZES
- The Organizer provides the following prizes:
- • 1st Place: The "Armageddon" boxed set (Warhammer 40,000, unpainted).
- • 2nd Place: A painted "Commissar Yarrick" model, painted by Minis for War.
- • 3rd Place: A set of handmade, fully painted bases for both armies included in the Armageddon starter set. The base design is chosen by the winner.
- • Honorable Mentions: The Organizer reserves the right to award up to 5 Honorable Mentions, depending on the number and quality of entries. Each Honorable Mention will receive a Voucher worth 10 EUR for use in the Minis for War store.
- • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- • The Organizer covers the shipping costs of physical prizes to the winner. Any potential import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
§ 6. WINNER SELECTION
- • Winners will be selected by a Jury appointed by the Organizer.
- • The criteria for selection are: creativity, originality of the answer, and the descriptive quality of the vision presented in the contest task.
- • The results will be announced no later than June 26, 2026.
- • Winners will be notified via email and announced on the Minis for War Instagram profile.
- • If a winner does not respond to the prize notification email within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
§ 7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
- • The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.
- • Personal data provided by participants will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Contest, selecting winners, and delivering prizes.
- • If the participant has given consent (Checkbox), their email address will also be added to the Minis for War Newsletter list.
- • Participants have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their data at any time.
§ 8. FINAL PROVISIONS
- • The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
- • Any disputes arising from the Contest will be governed by the laws of Poland.
