What’s the Spearhead?
If you don’t know what Spearhead is, let us introduce you. The Spearhead is a brand new game mode for Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Using a streamlined ruleset, it is the best choice for new and returning players to hop into the world of AoS. The games of Spearhead are played on a pre-designed 30″ x 22.4″ board, a quarter of the regular size.
The best is that if any of your friends already have a board you can just simply pick your favorite faction and buy the Spearhead box. There is no need to buy a lot of miniatures, as the Spearhead itself is designed to play with the predefined lists. Each game lasts for 4 rounds and the playtime of one game is between 45 to 60 minutes. It can be one game in a lunch break or a lot of them during your local game night.

The Soulblight Gravelords, led by their vampiric overlords, are a terrifying force in the Warhammer Age of Sigmar universe. These undead legions, rising from their crypts under the cover of darkness, are a constant threat to civilization.
The Vampiric Overlords
At the heart of the Soulblight Gravelords are the vampiric overlords, also known as Mortarchs. These powerful beings, led by Neferata and Mannfred von Carstein, command vast armies of undead. Their legions, filled with hordes of corpse-warriors and terrifying beasts of the grave, are a force to be reckoned with.
The Structure of the Gravelords
The Soulblight Gravelords are organized into a complex hierarchy. Beneath the Mortarchs are countless dynasties, each with its own unique traditions, heraldry, and rivalries. These dynasties are often led by a single vampire patriarch or matriarch, and their particular curse permeates their brood.
While some dynasties are entirely subservient to a singular legion, others have more autonomy. The greatest dynasties, such as Vyrkos, Kastelai, and Avengorii, are held in almost as much dread as the legions themselves. These dynasties often have their own goals and agendas, but they must ultimately align with the will of Nagash, the god of death.
