What does a miniature painting service look like?
Here we go with a breakdown of how the whole process look:
- You write to us and together we talk about your project (your vision, color pattern, important details) and you get a quote.
- You pay 30% of the order value in advance and we start the machine 😉
- Your miniatures are ordered and go to our Assembling team – here your miniatures are glued, cleaned of sprues and primed. Additionally in this step we can magnetize your miniatures to make them customizable, glue additional bits to make your models more unique or even make fully custom miniatures out of the scratch. You may ask “But wait, what if I already have miniatures?”. That’s simple, just send them to us and we will paint them 🙂
- Next step is painting. Here all of the magic happens. Your miniatures go to one of our painters. He/She looks at your references, reads your vision and does their best to breathe life into your models.
- You receive photos of painted miniatures. Here we’re waiting for your confirmation. Is there anything you want to be different? Don’t worry, we will make minor corrections and then send you additional photos for confirmation!
- Your miniatures are then varnished to ensure their durability. Hundreds of battles await and you must be sure your miniatures won’t fade!
- Next step is careful packaging. We need to be sure that your miniatures arrive in the perfect condition. We’ve packed thousands of models and definitely have a know-how about it!
- Your miniatures are then shipped with a tracking service. You can sleep calm, knowing that you can check the status of your package right away, at any time.

In our studio we value simplicity and clarity. That’s why we have only 3 painting levels – Standard, High and Display.

- Standard level is a simple but solid painting level where we use all classic techniques and airbrush. That’s a good option when models do not have too many details. You receive battle-ready miniatures. This level is perfect for the core troops of your army.
- High level is the most popular choice in our Studio – here we put more attention to details, make advanced highlights and use many different painting techniques such as weathering and shades. This level is perfect for heroes and more detailed miniatures.
- Display level is the top tier of what our Studio can offer. In this level we use a whole range of painting techniques including non-metallic metal, advanced object source lighting etc. Our Senior Painters (this painting level is reserved only for them) will also put exceptional attention to details and smooth blending making your miniature a true work of art. This level is perfect for the centerpiece of your army or collection.
