Inquiries and orders
Find out how to start a miniature painting commission, what information to include, and how the order process works.
Yes, we always accept painting commissions. You can send us a message using our contact form or reach out to us through our social media channels.
Please include the following details:
- The army or model you want us to paint.
- Your color preferences or any custom elements/finishing you have in mind.
- The level of painting you are interested in (you can find more about our painting levels here). If you’re unsure, don’t worry, we’ll help you decide!
- Your location and the destination country for shipping. This helps us estimate the shipping cost.
We respond to all inquiries on business days (Monday through Friday). We strive to reply within 24 hours of receiving your message.
Once you send an inquiry and finalize the details with us, we will provide a detailed quote including painting and shipping costs. After you accept the quote, you’ll need to pay 30% of the order value as a down payment. We will then proceed with the painting. Before shipping, you’ll pay the remaining balance, and we will pack and ship your order.
We don’t provide WIP pictures as we aim for a “wow” effect with fully completed models. However, we will keep you informed about the status of your commission.
The time required to complete your order depends on the quantity and complexity of the models. Typically, smaller projects (up to 20 models) take around 2-4 weeks, while larger armies may take 8+ weeks.
It depends on the stage of painting. We always strive to accommodate your expectations, so feel free to ask if changes are possible. We will do our best to make adjustments if feasible.
